Job summary

A leading global professional services company is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will:

• Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow solutions following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Stay current with the latest ServiceNow releases and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Be process-oriented, valuing structure and organization over chaos.
• Be comfortable seeking support and guidance from peers and Subject Matter Experts when necessary.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Knowledge and experience working with ServiceNow in Development
• Experience in 3 product lines outside of ITSM (e.g. ITOM, ITAM, HAM/SAM, SPM, HR, CSM, etc.)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Cloud Infrastructure (e.g AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Security Clearance is desirable, or the ability to obtain SC clearance is required.
