Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for regulated environments in the UK. You will own end‑to‑end implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and more, shaping architecture, integration patterns and security models.

You will collaborate with agile teams, drive best practices, ensure compliance audits, and mentor developers.

Qualifications

8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer role.
Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM).
Deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal/Employee Centre, ATF, CMDB architecture.
Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
End-to-end implementation experience (design through deployment).
Strong understanding of security model (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
Experience in Agile environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments.
