Job summary

Adroit People Limited (UK) seeks an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to design and deliver enterprise ServiceNow solutions in highly regulated environments.

You will lead end-to-end implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps and GRC, drive REST/SOAP and MID Server integrations, and enforce secure architecture with ACLs and domain separation. CTA/CIS certifications and strong English communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years in Architect or Lead Developer role.
• Experience implementing ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and SPM.
• Strong scripting (client and server), Flow Designer and IntegrationHub skills.
• Expert in Service Portal / Employee Center and ATF.
• Enterprise integrations via REST, SOAP and MID Server.
• End-to-end delivery experience from design to deployment.
• Security model knowledge (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
• Agile environment experience.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to work under high-pressure, regulated environments.
• CTA or progress toward CTA; multiple CIS certifications.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• DevOps/CI/CD, Performance Analytics & Reporting.
• Cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration familiarity.
• Audits and regulatory compliance support experience.
