Qualifications

• Proven experience configuring and delivering ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong understanding of CX, EX, and TE workflows on the platform.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ServiceNow workflows for CX/EX/TE use cases.
• Build modern UIs using UI Builder and Service Portal.
• Create integrations and end-to-end automation via Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Collaborate with IT, HR and client teams to meet requirements.
