Job summary

Canadian Inclusion is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Automation Analyst to drive AI-enabled service improvements, automate critical IT processes, and improve user experience across the ServiceNow platform.

The role combines hands-on ServiceNow work with AI-powered automation, workflow design, testing, and communication with business and technical stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Senior Administrator/Developer on platform enhancements and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Three to five years hands-on ServiceNow administration or platform support.

Responsibilities

• Support AI-enabled service improvement and self-service initiatives using Virtual Agent, AI Search, knowledge, automation.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and automate manual processes using Flow Designer and related capabilities.
• Design, build and enhance Service Catalog items and service workflows, including forms, approvals and fulfillment.
