Kardex seeks a Service Technician for the Greater Leeds area. You will perform electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, and safety checks on Kardex systems and identify faults quickly. The role requires working at heights up to 7 metres and offering on-site training to customers.

You will operate in a customer-focused team, provide practical solutions, and travel as needed. A relevant technical qualification and a clean driving license are essential.

• Proven ability to perform electrical and mechanical service on installed systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work with high voltages safely (up to 1000 volts).
• Experience in field service and confidence working at heights.

You have a keen instinct for **identifying faults quickly** and finding practical, effective solutions. Working at heights of up to **7 metres** is sometimes required, and you handle this confidently and calmly. As a friendly, solution-oriented contact person, you are always there for our customers. You advise customers on recommended service work and support them with **on-site training and instruction**.**Your profile****Your profile** Completed technical vocational training, for example as:* Industrial electrician* Electrician* Mechatronics technician* Electrical installer* Electronics technician* Certified electrical specialist ...or similar – as long as you can read electrical schematics and safely work with **up to 1000 volts**. Ideally, you already have experience in **field service** and are comfortable working at heights. Up to 7 metres is no issue for you. Strong commitment and excellent customer orientation come naturally to you. You are used to working **independently and solution-focused**.
