Kardex UK is seeking a Service Technician to perform electrical and mechanical repairs, maintenance, safety checks, and service tasks on our installed systems across the Greater Chelmsford region. You will identify faults quickly, work confidently at heights up to 7 metres, and support customers with on-site training.

We require completed technical vocational training (industrial electrician/electrician/mechatronics) and the ability to read electrical schematics and safely work with up to 1000

Qualificações

• Completed technical vocational training in fields such as industrial electrician, electrician, mechatronics technician, electrical installer or electronics technician.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and safely work with up to 1000 volts.
• Willingness to work at heights up to 7 metres and travel to customers.
• Strong customer orientation and independent, solution-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

You have a keen instinct for **identifying faults quickly** and finding practical, effective solutions. Working at heights of up to **7 metres** is sometimes required, and you handle this confidently and calmly. As a friendly, solution-oriented contact person, you are always there for our customers. You advise customers on recommended service work and support them with **on-site training and instruction**.**Your profile****Your profile** Completed technical vocational training, for example as:* Industrial electrician* Electrician* Mechatronics technician* Electrical installer* Electronics technician* Certified electrical specialist ...or similar – as long as you can read electrical schematics and safely work with **up to 1000 volts**. Ideally, you already have experience in **field service** and are comfortable working at heights. Up to 7 metres is no issue for you.
