Job summary

John Lewis Partnership is seeking a Service & Selling Coach in one of our John Lewis shops to help deliver exceptional service and sales capability. You will train Partners with expert knowledge to equip them to deliver service John Lewis is known for, and to build trust and loyalty with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in training or coaching staff in a retail environment.
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• Proactive feedback and development focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training/coaching sessions for Partners to improve service and selling skills.
• Provide Partners with constructive feedback for personal development.
• Be creative in training delivery to cater for different learning styles.
• Plan and deliver inductions for new Partners.
• Deliver and support technical training for shopfloor tools and platforms.
• Stay up to date with learning to champion John Lewis service standards.
• Confident in delivering coaching in various styles including group or one-to-one.
