John Lewis & Partners is looking for a Customer Assistant to join our shop team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, maintain shop standards and help customers find what they need while contributing to a welcoming in-store experience.

You will work across the shop floor, supporting with till duties, stock replenishment and price ticketing, while keeping a high standard of cleanliness and visual displays. This role requires flexible, customer-focused engagement.

• Deliver engaging and inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Use product knowledge and training to help drive sales and increase profits for the Partnership.
• Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and understand their needs / resolve queries.
• Work flexibly across the shop to support the wider team, including till support, stock replenishment, price ticketing and general shop-keeping tasks.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Help protect profits by ensuring accurate stock counts.
