Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Service Request Lead to govern end-to-end request management across a complex multi-supplier environment, ensuring timely fulfilment within service levels and alignment with business priorities across internal teams and client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Service Request Management, Service Management, or Service Integration within multi-supplier IT environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and supplier governance.
• Experience developing and analysing service performance metrics and dashboards.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence suppliers and build cross-functional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the end-to-end Service Request Management process across a complex multi-supplier environment.
• Provide oversight of request fulfilment activities, driving process compliance and service quality.
• Manage supplier performance and accountability using reporting and service reviews.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, service providers, and customers to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
