Job summary

Capgemini in the United Kingdom is seeking a SIAM Incident Management Team Leader to drive incident governance across multi-supplier environments. You will lead the team, coordinate Major Incidents, and ensure timely service restoration while communicating with senior stakeholders.

You will shape continual service improvement, monitor trends, and foster accountability and collaboration across internal teams and suppliers within the SIAM model. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Incident Management or Major Incident Management teams within complex IT service environments.
• Strong understanding of SIAM principles and supplier governance.
• Experience coordinating Major Incidents and cross-functional collaboration to minimise business impact.
• Knowledge of ITSM practices and ITIL frameworks.
• Ability to analyse incident trends and drive continual service improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the SIAM Incident Management team with operational direction.
• Oversee end-to-end Incident Management and prioritisation within SLAs.
• Direct Major Incidents and cross-functional supplier response.
• Manage relationships with internal teams and suppliers within the SIAM model.
• Monitor performance, trends, risks, and drive continual service improvement.
• Lead post-incident reviews and governance with lessons learned.
