Are you an experienced Service Manager ready to lead a dynamic team, drive exceptional customer service, and maximize aftersales success?

The Role:

As the Service Manager, you'll be at the heart of the aftersales operation, leading a skilled team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and Support Staff to deliver a seamless experience for customers.

Your mission?
  • Oversee the Service Department with a focus on efficiency and top-notch service.
  • Maximize profitability through parts, labour hours, MOTs, lubricants, tyres, and subcontracted sales.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring customers are not just satisfied but truly delighted.

This is a full-time role with occasional weekend shifts, ensuring my clients' customers always receive the highest standards of care.
