Job summary

HSB Technical Ltd is recruiting an Assistant Service Manager to oversee service operations, coordinate workshop and offshore jobs, and ensure efficient, profitable service delivery. The role requires strong organisation, proactive problem solving, and proficient MS Office skills.

You will also handle parts enquiries, quotations, and the procurement of materials to meet workshop and customer needs, while supporting QHSE compliant service delivery across the department.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• 3 years’ previous experience in a workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service jobs across the workshop and offshore operations, ensuring correct setup with paperwork and communication.
• Manage parts enquiries and requisitions, prepare formal customer quotations and order products/materials to meet workshop and customer requirements.
• Support the commercial performance of the Service Department by ensuring service work is delivered profitably and in line with QHSE standards.
