Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineer scheduling and manage utilisation.
• Process timesheets and maintain planner systems.
• Raise jobs (maintenance, quoted, and reactive works).
• Order parts and manage work-in-progress (WIP).
• Communicate with customers and obtain purchase orders.
• Support invoicing, quotations, and KPI tracking.
• Maintain training records and support compliance (EHS, FGAS).
