Job summary

Johnson Controls in Bellshill, Scotland seeks a Service Coordinator to support its Industrial Refrigeration division. The role is full-time, onsite, focusing on scheduling engineers, handling timesheets, raising maintenance and reactive jobs, and coordinating parts and WIP.

You will communicate with customers, obtain purchase orders, assist invoicing and KPI tracking, and maintain training records to support EHS and FGAS compliance.

• Communicate with customers and obtain purchase orders.
• Support invoicing, quotations, and KPI tracking.
• Maintain training records and support compliance (EHS, FGAS).
