You will coordinate engineer scheduling, manage planner systems, raise jobs, and liaise with customers to secure purchase orders and ensure smooth service delivery across maintenance, reactive, and project work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineer scheduling and manage utilisation
• Process timesheets and maintain planner systems
• Raise jobs (maintenance, quoted, and reactive works)
• Order parts and manage work-in-progress (WIP)
• Communicate with customers and obtain purchase orders
• Support invoicing, quotations, and KPI tracking
• Maintain training records and support compliance (EHS, FGAS)
