Job summary

Depaul UK is seeking a Service Manager to lead two Manchester-based supported accommodation services for young people aged 18-25 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk. The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a focus on delivering psychologically informed, person-centred support and strong outcomes.

You will manage a multidisciplinary team, work with local authorities and partners, and ensure services remain safe, effective and responsive to need.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing support services.
• Experience working with people facing homelessness, complex needs, or social disadvantage.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and housing-related support.
• Strong partnership-working and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing service performance, budgets, resources, and compliance requirements.
