Job summary

Depaul UK is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the Bishop Auckland and Tow Law supported accommodation services. You will direct a team of Progression Coaches and ensure high-quality, person-centred support for young people aged 18-24, across Durham.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams and individuals.
• Decision-making in complex situations with risk management and safeguarding.
• Experience delivering safe services to vulnerable young people in housing and community settings.
• Experience using Risk Assessments and Support Planning.
• Commitment to diversity, equality and Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety of clients, staff, visitors and volunteers through risk assessments and safety checks.
• Liaise with Finance, HR, Quality & Compliance, Fundraising and others to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Manage budgets and property standards under guidance of the Executive Director of Finance and Resources.
• Maintain high standards of support and housing management, achieving KPI targets.
• Build and manage relationships with commissioners, stakeholders and partner providers.
