Centrepoint in Barnsley is seeking a Service Manager to lead our semi-independent supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 18. You will oversee service delivery and lead a team of Support & Progression Officers, reporting on performance.

The role is 9:00am–5:30pm, based in Barnsley, with a competitive salary (£32,967–£37,487 per annum) and benefits, offering opportunities to develop and collaborate with Social Services teams.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage service delivery outcomes.
• Experience with performance reporting and targets.
• Understanding of trauma-informed approaches and PIE.

Responsibilities

• Line management of Support & Progression Officers.
• Managing referrals and strengthening commissioning relationships.
• Working with other services and managers across the region.
• Ensuring young people are supported in a PIE focussed trauma-informed way.
• Accountability for reporting and target management.
