Job summary

Centrepoint is recruiting a Young Parents’ Support & Progression Officer in Keighley, Bradford, with travel to other Bradford sites. This full-time, 37.5-hour role is a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering a salary of £25,585–£31,239 per year.

The role focuses on helping young parents and their children build healthy futures, within accommodation services and across Bradford services as needed. Closing date 6 October 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience working with young parents or expectant parents is desirable.
• Role involves providing support within the accommodation-based service in Keighley.
• Travel to other Bradford Centrepoint sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to vulnerable young parents and single young people.
• Work in a multi-disciplinary team to address personal, social, health, learning and work needs.
• Follow line management to meet performance and contractual targets.
• Promote a culture of excellence and integrate support packages that reflect service needs.
• Collaborate with the Young Parent Service to identify and meet needs.
