Job summary

Centrepoint is recruiting a Service Manager to lead our Barnsley services, an Ofsted-registered semi-independent supported accommodation for young people aged 16 to 18. This permanent full-time role offers a competitive salary (£32,967.34 - £37,487.05 p.a.) and a range of benefits.

You will oversee service delivery, performance management, line-manage the Support & Progression Officers, and work with Social Services to ensure trauma-informed, PIE-focused support.

Responsibilities

• Line management of Support & Progression Officers.
• Managing referrals and strengthening commissioning relationships
• Working closely with other services and managers across the region
• Ensuring young people are supported in a PIE focussed trauma-informed way
• Accountability for reporting and target management
