Job summary

Jamieson Clark seeks a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Manager to supervise its Midlands HVAC service engineers. You will run daily work, resolve complex fault finding on refrigeration and AC circuits, and lead a technically skilled team.

The role requires extensive hands-on experience with refrigerated AC systems, F-Gas/Hydrocarbon qualifications, and strong client-facing collaboration to service contracts efficiently.

Qualifications

Position - Service Manager / Supervisor - Refrigeration & Air Conditioning up to £65k base salary + £10k bonus, car/van/allowance, 11% pension contribution, Mon - Fri only

Company - Large National M&E provider with a national team of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Engineers

Desired Experience - High Technical Level Senior Refrigeration and Air conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer, fault find and fix, PPM's. Lead other Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers by example and higher advanced technical ability.

The Role

A leading national mechanical engineering service and maintenance provider seeks a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Manager to supervise their Midlands Team of HVAC service engineers. You will be responsible for running the daily work of the engineers and resolving any advanced technical issues that are elevated to you, specifically around technical fault finding on refrigeration circuits, whether in an actual fridge unit/system or air conditioning unit/system.

Experience Required

You will have extensive previous hands-on experience servicing refrigerated air conditioning systems. Ideally you will be highly capable at fault find and fix. F-Gas, hydrocarbons, refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications / certifications and manufacturer training are essential as you will be leading highly qualified service engineers. Great teamwork and communication skills are also important in terms of team leadership, client facing perspective and internal regional team co-operation to service contracts and to resolve fault find and fix call outs both quickly and effectively.

Their HVAC service engineers all have extensive and advanced knowledge on servicing HVAC systems from the top air conditioning and refrigeration manufacturers and all are highly skilled at advanced fault finding and fixing on refrigerated circuits.

The Package

Initial indications are a base salary from £55,000 to £66,000 + £10k bonus payment broken down quarterly, Monday to Friday and no weekend shift rota. A company ca or van or allowance will be provided along with 11% employer pension contribution, private healthcare and dental. Furthermore, 27 days holiday + bank holidays.
