Job summary

AD WARRIOR in Swindon is seeking a Service Manager to lead five Supported Living services. You will oversee day-to-day management, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and work with authorities and partners to achieve positive outcomes for diverse clients.

Must have leadership experience in social care or housing services, a Level 3 qualification, and strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge.

Qualifications

Experience in a management or team leadership role within Supported Living, Social Care or related services.
Strong knowledge of person-centred support, safeguarding, risk management and housing services.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team.
Driving person-centred support planning and customer outcomes.
Championing customer involvement and co-production.
Monitoring service performance, quality standards and KPIs.
Managing occupancy, lettings, income collection and service budgets.
Ensuring robust safeguarding practices and risk management.
Building partnerships with external agencies and commissioners.
Supporting customers to access employment, education and training opportunities.
Embedding trauma-informed and psychologically informed approaches across the service.
Promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in service delivery.
