Job summary

AD WARRIOR in Swindon is seeking a Service Manager to lead five Supported Living services. You will oversee day-to-day management, ensure high-quality, person-centred support, and work with authorities and partners to achieve positive outcomes for diverse clients.

Must have leadership experience in social care or housing services, a Level 3 qualification, and strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge.

Location: Swindon, Wiltshire

Salary: £34,000 per annum

They're looking for an experienced and passionateService Managerto lead their five Supported Living services in Swindon, and help shape exceptional outcomes for people with diverse support needs.

About the role

As Service Manager, you'll take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality, and performance of your services. You'll lead and support a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences, while ensuring compliance, safeguarding, health and safety, and service standards are consistently achieved.

You'll work closely with customers, local authorities, commissioners, and partner agencies to create positive outcomes and ensure customer voice and co-production remain at the heart of everything we do.

Key responsibilities include:

About you

They're looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with genuine compassion and a commitment to delivering excellent services.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience in a management or team leadership role within Supported Living, Supported Housing, Social Care, Homelessness, Mental Health, Learning Disability or Young People's Services.
  • A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) within housing, support, health or social care.
  • Strong knowledge of person-centred support, safeguarding, risk management and supported housing services.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • An understanding of housing and tenancy-related legislation.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • A passion for improving lives and delivering inclusive services that celebrate diversity and individuality.
