Responsibilities

• Lead the West Berkshire Service team and work closely with Team Leaders, commissioners, partners and colleagues to ensure the service is effective, safe, responsive, caring and well-led.
• Oversee day-to-day operational management of the service, embedding high standards of quality and governance while supporting excellent outcomes for people who use the service.
• Develop people, drive continuous improvement and foster an inclusive, psychologically informed workplace where colleagues and service users thrive.
