Role Description

This full‑time on‑site Service Manager role is based in Tewkesbury. The Service Manager will oversee service delivery, coordinate and support staff teams, and ensure the highest quality of care for individuals with mental health and complex needs. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, monitoring service compliance with organisational standards, developing person‑centred care plans that are recovery‑focused, and liaising with families and stakeholders. The Service Manager will also coach and guide team members, foster a collaborative work environment, and contribute to the continuous development of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a new and growing accommodation service, ensuring high‑quality support for clients.
  • Lead and mentor a team of social care professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications
