Job summary

Making Space is hiring a Service Manager to oversee the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire Community Navigator Services, with cross-area responsibility for Cambridge and Peterborough. You’ll ensure the service runs safely and smoothly while guiding your team to deliver high-quality care to service users.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership and Management or willingness to achieve it, plus proven ability to hit targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or be willing to work towards it.
• Experience delivering against specific targets and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of Community Navigator Services across Cambridge and Peterborough.
• Ensure contract compliance and service safety and smooth operation.
• Lead and manage the Community Navigators team, fostering development.
