Making Space is hiring a Service Manager to oversee the Peterborough and Cambridgeshire Community Navigator Services, with cross-area responsibility for Cambridge and Peterborough. You’ll ensure the service runs safely and smoothly while guiding your team to deliver high-quality care to service users.

The role requires Level 5 Leadership and Management or willingness to achieve it, plus proven ability to hit targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering against specific targets and deadlines.

Job description

We have an opportunity available for a Service Manager to join the team at our Peterborough and Cambridgeshire Community Navigators Services.

This role will work across our Cambridge and Peterborough Community Navigator Services. The role will involve having oversight of the services, leading on contract compliance and managing a team of Community Navigators., Are you looking for a role that's both challenging and rewarding, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our service users? As the Service Manager, you'll have overall accountability for ensuring the service runs smoothly and safely, while your dedicated team provides the highest standard of care to our service users.

Candidates must have a Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification or a willingness to work towards this, and have the experience of achieving specific targets and deadlines.

Salary: £32,923.80 per annum

Hours: 35 weekly
