Job summary

Bush Tyres in Bourne is seeking a Service Manager to join the Bourne branch. The role supports daily operations alongside the Branch Manager in a busy tyre and fast fit hub.

You will oversee on-site teams, handle appointments, invoicing, and stock control, with emphasis on HR/H&S compliance. The position is 45 hours per week with a company pension and on-site parking. DOE salary up to £32,000.

Qualifications

• Previous experience/knowledge of tyres or the automotive industry is essential.
• You will work alongside a Branch Manager to assist with day-to-day operations.
• You will be responsible for on-site team oversight and HR/H&S compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with customers to arrange the diary and confirming appointments via phone and email.
• Assisting with vehicle checks and repairs when required.
• Completing invoicing routines and liaising with manufacturers.
• Overseeing the team on site, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation.
• Carrying out regular stock maintenance and processing reordering routines.

We currently have a rare opportunity for a Service Manager to join the team at our branch in Bourne.

The branch is a busy hub delivering a first-class tyre and fast fit service.

You will be working alongside the Branch Manager to assist with the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to;

• Liaising with customers to arrange the diary and confirming appointments via phone and email
• Assisting with vehicle checks and repairs when required
• Completing invoicing routines and liaising with manufacturers
• Overseeing the team on site, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation
• Carrying out regular stock maintenance and processing reordering routines

Previous experience/knowledge of tyres (or the automotive industry) is essential. You will be supported by a number of key-personnel including a Zone Manager, Area Operations Manager and Head Office Team.
