The role focuses on implementing robust processes, monitoring costs, and upholding brand standards while fostering team development and career progression in a dynamic automotive environment.

• Proven track record in service management.
• Automotive aftersales experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• To implement and maintain effective processes achieving high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and control costs in line with business plan while maintaining quality.
• Ensure accurate collection and recording of customer data in line with standards.
