Job summary

Visum Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Manager to lead a nationwide team of Service Engineers and Administrators, reporting to the General Manager. The role is predominantly office-based with travel to customer sites across the UK.

You will manage service activities UK-wide and overseas, maintain strong customer relationships, oversee SLAs and KPIs, prepare technical quotations for contract customers, drive process improvements and resolve escalations.

Job description

A Service Manager is required to join a supplier of capital machinery across the UK. The role will report the General Manager and lead a team of 12 engineers and support staff. The role is mainly office based with some travel UK wide to customer sites.
