Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role within an engineering environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills for a field-based team across the UK.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers and staff.

• Lead, manage, and develop the Service Department across the UK.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
