Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Manager for the agricultural sector. You will liaise with customers, organise workshop jobs, and oversee daily operations to ensure safety and efficiency.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate training, and maintain relationships with manufacturers such as John Deere, ensuring standards and procedures are followed.

• Experience in service management within the agricultural sector.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

• Supervise and support technicians, assisting with training and development in coordination with management.
• Maintain professional relationships with John Deere and other manufacturers, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.

• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment.
• Check completed work for accuracy in parts and labour, ensuring correct and timely invoicing.
• Supervise and support technicians, assisting with training and development in coordination with management.
• Maintain professional relationships with John Deere and other manufacturers, ensuring procedures and standards are followed.
• Assist with hiring, training, and retaining skilled workshop staff.
