We’re looking for a Service Manager to lead our team of Service Engineers and Service Office at Lloyd Ltd Bishop Auckland.

• Overseeing day‑to‑day workshop and service office operations and planning workloads.


• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.


• Interpreting financial and performance data.


• Ensuring high standards of health & safety, quality, and customer satisfaction at all times.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven experience working in a workshop or engineering environment within the agricultural, construction or groundcare/lawncare industry.


• Brings strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.


• Is commercially aware and confident managing performance and efficiencies.


• Can work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.


• Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.


• Holds a full UK driving licence.

Hours: Full‑time, minimum 40 hours per week, including weekend availability.
