Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking a Service Leader (Level 2) to lead a team of Support Workers across three supported living services in the Halton area. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with some flexibility; contract is Permanent - 37.5 hours per week.

You will bring strong leadership in health and social care, drive safeguarding and quality care, and collaborate with families, professionals and external agencies. A UK driving license and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in health or social care setting.
  • Experience leading a team and developing staff.
  • UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Working closely with the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers across three supported living services in the Halton area.


Our Support Needs & Challenges

You will be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities to thrive in their own homes!


Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (with some flexibility available for the start and end times of your day)


Contract: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week


UK Driving License Required? Yes and own vehicle


What You'll Be Doing


  • Managing and supporting staff (rotas, supervision, performance)

  • Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care

  • Handling safeguarding concerns and ensuring CQC compliance

  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, budgets, and health & safety

  • Working with families, professionals, and external agencies

  • Managing admin, reports, and audits

  • Recruiting and developing staff

You’ll already have experience in a health or social care setting and:

  • Be committed to helping people feel part of their local community

  • Feel comfortable using basic IT systems


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you’ll hold a relevant professional qualification, such as:



  • NVQ Level 3 or above
