Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 3 individuals with support needs, our ages range from 44 to 51.
We require support in certain areas due to having a learning disability, we have staff who are all trained and familiar with supporting someone with similar needs and who can attend to our personal care needs
