Job summary

Community Integrated Care in St Helens is seeking a Service Leader to oversee health and social care services. You will lead compassionate teams to deliver person-centred support, ensuring high standards and regulatory compliance.

We value flexible, proactive leaders who can drive quality care, staff development, and collaborative partnerships with families and external agencies. A DBS/PVG check is provided and professional progression is supported.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting staff (rotas, supervision, performance).
  • Ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Handling safeguarding concerns and ensuring CQC compliance.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, budgets, and health & safety.
  • Working with families, professionals, and external agencies.
  • Managing admin, reports, and audits.
  • Recruiting and developing staff.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Must have the relevant experience
