Job summary

Nacro is seeking a Service Lead to provide operational leadership across the supported housing service in Nottingham. The role requires regular travel across an allocated area, a full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle with business insurance.

Responsibilities

• The Service Lead provides operational leadership across the supported housing service.
• Drive service excellence and embed trauma-informed practice to meet contractual outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Area Manager, commissioners, housing providers and partners to strengthen pathways.
• Develop partnerships and contribute to wider efforts to tackle homelessness.
• Build effective networks across the city to ensure coordinated, person-centred support.
