The Housing Network in Leicester is seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide a service for highly vulnerable residents during an exciting growth phase. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure recovery‑oriented and trauma‑informed support, and drive positive outcomes for people experiencing homelessness and other complex needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of frontline professionals in housing or social care.
• Experience supporting people facing homelessness or complex needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed, person-centred support.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support a team of frontline professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
• Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, performance support and reflective practice for team members.
• Ensure residents receive strengths-based, trauma-informed support that promotes independence.
• Maintain oversight of safeguarding, risk, compliance and service quality.
• Manage a small caseload of residents with complex needs and support their journey to independence.
• Support tenancy sustainment through housing management, benefits advice and move-on planning.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and external agencies to maximise outcomes.
• Support contract performance and help achieve service objectives and targets.
