Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Service Management within a multi-supplier environment.
• Background in SIAM, Service Integration, Managed Services or Vendor Management.
• Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service review forums.
• ITIL proficiency and certifications are preferred.
• Financial Services experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Owning the end-to-end service outcome across multiple suppliers and service providers.
• Driving cross-supplier collaboration, issue resolution and service improvement activities.
• Holding suppliers accountable for service performance and improvement commitments.
• Leading service reviews, governance forums and executive reporting.
• Acting as the single point of coordination for cross-team, cross-region issues.
