Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking an experienced professional to own end-to-end service integration and performance management across a portfolio of IT services supplied by multiple providers. The role requires driving cross-supplier collaboration, issue resolution, and governance, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery across regions.

The ideal candidate has strong IT Service Management experience in multi-supplier environments, exposure to SIAM or Vendor Management, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Strong experience in IT Service Management within a multi-supplier environment.
• Background in SIAM, Service Integration, Service Management, Managed Services, Supplier Governance or Vendor Management.
• Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service review forums.
• ITIL
• Previously worked in Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.

My leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to take responsibility for end-to-end service integration and performance management across a portfolio of IT services delivered by multiple suppliers and providers, ensuring consistent delivery, control and accountability across multiple suppliers and regions.

The following skills/experience are essential:

• Strong experience in IT Service Management within a multi-supplier environment.
• Background in any of the following: SIAM, Service Integration, Service Management, Managed Services, Supplier Governance or Vendor Management.
• Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service review forums.
• ITIL
• Previously worked in Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: Up to £120,000 + bonus + package

Location: London (good work from home options available)
