Qualifications

• Experience in IT Service Management across multi-supplier environments.
• Background in SIAM, Service Integration, Service Management, Managed Services, Supplier Governance or Vendor Management.
• Experience leading cross-supplier governance and service reviews.
• ITIL knowledge required.
• Financial services background desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service outcomes across multiple suppliers and providers.
• Drive cross-supplier collaboration, issue resolution and service improvement.
• Hold suppliers accountable for performance and commitments.
• Lead service reviews, governance forums and executive reporting.
• Act as single point of coordination for issues, risks or dependencies across teams, suppliers or regions.
