Job summary

Machine Mart is seeking a Service Engineer to support our workshop operations, repairing customer and stock machines returned from our Store Network. The role involves a 44.5 hour week and a strong emphasis on timely, high-quality service.

You will report to the Aftersales Manager and ensure health & safety, stock control and accurate administration. The position offers staff discounts, a company pension, life cover and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Manage throughput of product in the workshop to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
• Provide technical support to staff & customers with accuracy, efficiency & courtesy.
• Ensure compliance with H&S and stock management within the service centre.
• Complete job cards, spares orders, time sheets and stock notes accurately and on time.
