Job summary

CIA Fire & Security, part of The Ranger Group, is seeking a Service Engineer to maintain and repair Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems across Cirencester and surrounding areas. You will diagnose faults, deliver proactive maintenance, and provide excellent customer service on site.

We value independence and strong diagnostic skills, plus a full UK driving licence and relevant FIA/ECS/CSCS/IPAF or PASMA qualifications are advantageous for career progression and ongoing

Qualifications

• Previous Fire & Security service experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• FIA training, ECS/CSCS, IPAF or PASMA advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.

• Complete planned preventative maintenance visits.
• Respond to reactive call-outs and emergency breakdowns.
• Complete accurate service reports and compliance documentation.

We are looking for an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer to join our successful team covering Cirencester and the surrounding areas.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and growing business where you will play a key role in maintaining and servicing a wide range of Fire & Security systems. You will be trusted to deliver exceptional service, build strong customer relationships and represent our business professionally on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systems.

Systems Experience

Fire: Advanced, Kentec, Apollo, Hochiki. Security: Texecom, Paxton, Hanwha, Dahua and similar platforms.

What We Are Looking For
