As a Service Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in servicing advanced Security Systems, including Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV Systems. You will deliver top-notch customer service while adhering to industry standards, armed with exceptional technical knowledge. We’re seeking proactive engineers who can anticipate and resolve issues before they escalated.
Deliver outstanding Customer Service that exceeds expectations, forging strong relationships with internal and external customers. Service devices with care, ensuring a safe and responsible working environment to prevent injuries, property damage, and wasted materials. Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively. Accurately complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates, or checklists as required.
