To maintain strong relationships with our blue chip customers and the maintenance/servicing of their CCTV and Access Control systems; there may be a small element of some installation/commissioning work. This role will involve visiting customer sites and requires the successful applicant to be customer-focused. The individual must work as part of a team and interact with colleagues, clients, and other trades professionally, presenting a positive image of the Company. The Security Engineer will report to the Service Delivery Manager and will involve close liaison with the Customer Service Team. Most importantly, the successful applicant will want to improve their skills, seek training on new and existing Enterprise solutions, and develop a career.
CCure and Genetec are not essential but strongly preferred; however, if you have worked on other security systems and can demonstrate the aptitude to learn, we would invest in the necessary training.
At least three years' experience within the Security Industry working on CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Systems.
