Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Engineer to service advanced Security Systems across a defined region in the UK. You will deliver proactive customer service while maintaining compliance with industry standards and safety guidelines.

You will work on intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems, require a valid driving license, and be ready to lift ladders and handle site reports and certificates. A customer-facing, high-performance mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Fire & Security industry.
• Valid driving license.
• Capability to lift and climb ladders.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Relevant industry qualifications such as 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC.
• Experience with Genetec and C.Cure systems.

• Deliver outstanding Customer Service that exceeds expectations, forging strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Service devices with care, ensuring a safe and responsible working environment to prevent injuries, property damage, and wasted materials.
• Efficiently manage your time and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Accurately complete Engineer work reports, handover certificates/BSIA Certificates, or checklists as required.

What We Look For:

Essential:

Experience in the Fire & Security industry

Valid driving license
