The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, service, repair, and maintenance of our range of coding and marking products in the UK.

The successful candidate is someone passionate about success, eager to develop as a Field Service Engineer, and committed to a long-term career with us, based in Sheffield, Nottingham, or surrounding areas.

In this role, a typical day will involve:

1. Responding to breakdowns on customer sites, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure product standards.
2. Maintaining and growing customer relationships through excellent service and communication, implementing corrective actions as needed.
3. Handling field service calls professionally and promptly.
4. Traveling daily to and from your home to customer sites across the Midlands and beyond, with occasional overnight stays.

The essential requirements include:

1. At least two years of experience in a technical, engineering, customer service, or field service role.
2. Proven experience in a customer-focused field service capacity, with problem-solving skills in electronics, electro-mechanical, or relevant technical disciplines.
3. A full UK driving license.
