Job summary

Daikin UK in the Leeds/West Yorkshire region is seeking a fully skilled Field Service Engineer to service DX products, split systems and VRVs/VRFs across the region, delivering first-time fixes where possible.

You will work with service coordinators, provide remote helpdesk support to on-site engineers, and produce detailed customer reports; NVQ Level 2/City & Guilds in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration with F-Gas certification required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical thinking with a methodical approach to fault finding.
• Experience in field service engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites across the region performing fault finding and diagnostics with first-time fix focus.
• Provide telephone support to on-site engineers via the helpdesk.
• Produce detailed reports for customers and the Regional Service Manager.
