What You Will Do:

1. Plan and execute service visits to meet the unique needs of global customers, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.
2. Represent the company with professionalism and expertise during on-site service, embodying the company's commitment to excellence.
3. Perform comprehensive on-site service and maintenance on state-of-the-art multi-axis CNC systems.
4. Conduct on-site calibration of machines, guaranteeing their optimal performance.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities, including time and fault logs.
6. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the service department to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Bring:

1. A minimum Level 3 apprenticeship in a relevant field, or equivalent, showcasing your ability to work on sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
2. At least 2 years of experience in a machine tool service role, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to excellence.
3. Direct customer liaison skills, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Knowledge of modern machine tool operation, maintenance, and building, equipping you to tackle challenges head-on.
5. Training in the use of Renishaw Ball-Bar equipment and Renishaw laser calibration equipment, further enhancing your technical proficiency.
